1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Capital Advantage ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Capital Advantage.

2. Description of Service

Capital Advantage is a financial analytics platform that provides portfolio analytics, stock screening, risk analysis, and related tools for Indian equity markets. The Platform is designed for educational and informational purposes only.

Important: Capital Advantage is NOT registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as a Research Analyst (RA) or Investment Adviser (IA). Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, recommendations, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
• You will not use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform without permission.
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. The Platform does not provide personalized investment advice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, analytics models, and software, are the property of Capital Advantage and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate or complete. Market data is sourced from third-party providers (including BSE, NSE, and TrueData) and may be delayed or contain errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Capital Advantage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investment losses, arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is not responsible for any investment decisions made based on information provided herein.

8. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your personal data and portfolio information will be permanently removed from our systems.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
