Refund Policy

Summary: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. You may cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
1. No-Refund Policy
All subscription payments made to Capital Advantage are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds will be issued for any reason, including partial or unused portions of a billing cycle.
- No prorated refunds will be issued when you cancel, switch plans, or delete your account.
- No refunds will be issued if you forget to cancel before a renewal date.
- No refunds will be issued for features you did not use during an active subscription.
2. Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Your access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
Because access continues until the period ends, there is no prorated refund for the unused days — you keep what you already paid for.
3. Before You Subscribe
We encourage you to evaluate the Platform before committing to a paid plan:
- Explore our free tier to try core features.
- Review all paid features listed on the Pricing page.
- Read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Contact us at support@capitaladvantage.finance with any questions before subscribing.
4. Payment Failures
If a recurring payment fails, our payment processor Razorpay retries the charge as per its retry policy. If all retry attempts fail, your subscription is automatically downgraded to the free tier. No penalty or late fee is charged. You may resubscribe at any time.
5. Service Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Platform as described, contact us at support@capitaladvantage.finance. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Please note that resolution of technical issues does not entitle you to a refund — our commitment is to fix the issue so you can continue to use the service you paid for.
6. Fraudulent Charges
If you believe your account has been charged fraudulently (e.g., unauthorized access or stolen payment instrument), contact us and Razorpay immediately. We will work with Razorpay to investigate and reverse confirmed fraudulent charges. Fraud reversal is distinct from this refund policy and applies only to unauthorized transactions.
7. Chargebacks
If you dispute a legitimate charge with your bank or card issuer (chargeback) without first contacting us, we reserve the right to terminate your account and forfeit any remaining subscription period. We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can address your concern directly.
8. Pricing
All subscription prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are final — you do not pay anything above the advertised price. A payment receipt will be emailed to your registered address by Razorpay after each successful payment.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the Platform or via email at least 15 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
